Systems Administrator 2005-2012

Member to a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of various mission-critical technologies located in a heterogeneous local area network (LAN) environment for over 200 employees.
Responsible for support, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switches including implementing VLANS and configuring trunk links.
Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco 2500, 2600 and 3640 Series Routers.
General responsibilities included, but were not limited to, overall management of day-to-day support and administration activities, analysis and development activities.
Technical lead for support and administration activities include, but are not limited to, any and all scheduled and as needed installation, configuration, administration, support, and troubleshooting of mission critical technologies.
Technical analysis and development activities include, but are not limited to, task development and management, budgeting, project coordination to ensure timely and efficient progression, interdepartmental communications and coordination and timely reporting to appropriated groups.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project management, change management, supervision of desktop technicians, following company rules and regulations, and scheduling as needed reports to management.
Special projects and achievements include automating access to share drives for JPMorgan Chase & Co., created, planned, and executed a disaster recovery testing.

Escalation Support (DSS) 1999-2005

Member to a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of various mission-critical technologies within a local area network (LAN) environment.
General responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the overall management of day-to-day support and administration activities and escalation support activities.
Technical support and administration activities included, but were not limited to, any and all scheduled and as needed installation, configuration, administration, support, and troubleshooting of mission critical technologies.
Escalation support activities included, but were not limited to, 2nd/3rd level support for any and all technologies in administration, setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
Additional responsibilities and activities included, but were not limited to, as needed technical support and training of new technical professionals, handling end user access and software setup/support.
