Employed by Nucor Building Systems as Services Contract Administrator and Credit Analyst. Negotiate, execute and maintain contracts for janitorial, promotional/marketing products, office supplies, vending, cell phones, and uniforms. Schedule lunch and learn meetings, employee travel, health screenings, and blood drives. Plan and execute Regional and National Builder Meetings, Employee Dinners, Quality Lunches, and Holiday celebrations. Provide credit references. Interpret Dun & Bradstreet reports on customers and builders. Process New Builder Candidate profiles. Obtain project information from builders and communicate credit terms. Track and maintain Lien rights. Mail certified notices to parties involved in a project notifying them of Nucor’s position and legal rights. Work with NCS on projects that have been turned over for Collection and/or Lien processes, providing necessary information to ensure a positive outcome for Nucor. Attend training and stay up to date on lien laws. Environmental & Safety Department Auditor - perform audits in those areas and at other divisions when requested. Develop corrective actions based on audit findings. Assisted with the application, inspection and corrective action follow up during the VPP process. Coordinate blood drives, Lunch N Learns provided by Lexington Medical Center Occupational Health, First Responder training and in-services, and yearly audiograms for employees covered in our hearing protection program. Purchase and stock prescription and non-prescription supplies for the medical room. Maintain and edit division SharePoint site as needed. Provide OSHA 10 and 30 hour training as requested.

August 1999 – May 2003
April 2002, returned to Supplier Strategy. Work in PeopleSoft processing vendor addition and change requests. Contact vendors to obtain information for entry into PeopleSoft. Write and execute Queries. Maintain and update SPID and Minority Directory databases. Obtain and track sub-contracting plans from corporations as required by the General Services Administration within the Federal Government. Develop ways to train and inform personnel regarding the department and its purpose.

May 2001 - April 2002, assigned to the PeopleSoft Implementation Project - Materials module. Create vendor master file, perform system testing and troubleshoot problems found during testing. Develop procedure and training documents relating to vendor maintenance - ensuring the compatibility of multiple systems for integration with the vendor master file. Perform end-user training.

August 2000, transferred to Corporate Procurement - Supplier Diversity Associate I. Obtain and track sub-contracting plans from major corporations as required by the General Services Administration within the Federal Government. Maintain databases on companies and their classifications. Meet with small, minority and female-owned businesses wishing to do business with SCANA and connect them with the appropriate personnel.

August 1999, Employed by SCANA as Benefits Clerk. Assisted employees with benefit selections, open enrollment, new hire processing, student status verifications, LTD processing, Retiree processing, Flexible Spending Accounts and Life Insurance. Maintain information in HRizon and ensure proper deductions were taken from paychecks. Attended Personal Leadership Training - trained as Coach for Personal Leadership Program. August 1994 – August 1999
August 1997, promoted to Health Screening Specialist with HealthWorks. Monitored substance abuse testing program for Palmetto Baptist Medical Center as well as external companies. Collection of specimens, breath alcohol testing, audiograms, vision testing, random drug screens, respirator fit testing, process new employees and annual health assessments.

March 1997, transferred to HealthWorks, the Occupational Health and Safety Department, as an Administrative Secretary I. Performed routine office duties and provided support to the HealthWorks team.

March 1995, promoted to Scheduling Coordinator with Private Duty. Scheduled Nursing staff for skilled and non-skilled medical cases. Maintained Vaccination Program and tracked employee's TB skin tests. Interview prospective employees and provide new hire orientation. Coordinate with Baptist Medical Center, Richland Memorial Hospital and local physician's offices for Nursing relief. Processed patient referrals.

January 1995, transferred to Private Duty Department as an Administrative Specialist. Data entry of employee and patient information. Processed payroll for all employees. Handled incoming referrals and inquiries. On-Call for after hour and weekend scheduling.

August 1994, employed by Baptist Medical Center as Patient Service Specialist. Responsible for data entry of Hospice and Path patient information to include the Nursing, Social Work, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy departments, and physician orders.


Education:
Graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology

OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer, OHSAS 18001 and ANSI Z10 Internal Auditor, First Responder, Confined Space Rescuer, Authorized Psychemedics sample collection technician, HIPPA trained, EPA Method 22 Observer trained.
