January 2006 to December 2012: Imagery Analyst, providing sensitive Indications and Warning (I&W) information to Head Quarters United States Central Command (CENTCOM) staff, deployed components in the Area Of Responsibility (AOR) and the Intelligence Community (IC).

May 2005 to January 2006: Chief of Training for the CENTCOM Imagery Branch. Coordinated training for the 135 personnel, both military and civilian, assigned to the Branch. Established new procedures to more accurately track training needs and maintain training records.

May 2003 to May 2005: Chief of Imagery Exploitation for the CENTCOM Imagery Branch. My other responsibilities included; supervision of the activities of personnel in three separate Special Access Programs (SAP) and for four months performed the duties of the Imagery Branch Action Officer. Coordinated national level exploitation requirements for all CENTCOM components and other IC customers. Oversaw first and second phase imagery exploitation section activities.

July 1993 to May 2003: Chief of First Phase Imagery Exploitation. Oversaw all first phase imagery exploitation section operations. Supervised as many as 120 personnel during numerous operations being conducted within the CENTCOM AOR over the Ten year period. Established new procedures of exploitation management which allowed the CENTCOM first phase exploitation section to out produce all other Major Command intelligence centers. Initiated on-the-job training programs that ensured all assigned personnel were proficient in the use of numerous automated exploitation and research systems. I also served as the Senior Analyst of the section and mentored numerous imagery analysts over this period.

August 1992 to July 1993: Imagery Analyst, provided I&W imagery reporting that supported CENTCOM planners, staff, deployed components and the IC.

March 1990 to August 1992: Collection management technician. Brokered CENTCOM all-source analyst collection requirements with the national collection requirement community. Submitted numerous requests for imagery collection in support of AOR operations.

July 1987 to March 1990: Imagery Analyst. Provided imagery analysis and products in support of CENTCOM planners, staff and deployed components.

August 1983 to July 1987: Aerial Observer-Full Motion Video Analyst. Operated Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) sensor while providing video tape with analytical commentary of activity observed within the United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE) AOR. Flew numerous missions within the AOR earning seven Air Medals. Observed many first sightings of newly deployed Soviet Union made equipment. Additionally, served as AOR target familiarity trainer.

August 1982 to August 1983: Imagery Analyst, Provided I&W imagery analysis of Group Soviet Forces Germany (GSFG) and East German military activity to United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE) planners and staff.

I am a fully qualified Imagery Analyst with 31 years of experience. My areas of expertise are: Satellite imagery (all), Airborne imagery (all) and Full motion video (optical and infrared). I have produced many image products (graphics)in support of intelligence briefings for a wide range of customers, including Generals and congressmen.
