Objective:
I am seeking this position because I
feel it is a good match of my skill sets
and experience. I am basically
concentrating my efforts in the area of
Business Analysis and Information
Technology. I am also open to other
opportunities even though my
concentration has been with Supply Chain
systems. I have been involved with the
Information Technology field for 20+
years in varying capacities.Most
recently Iíve held a position at PepsiCo
in a Help Desk Systems Analyst capacity,
providing strong analytical and
technical support to the manufacturing
and distribution areas for the Canadian
Bottlers. Iíve had many successful
projects in providing detailed
functional and technical design
documentation for system/data flows and
enhancements, through test case analysis
and UAT. I have also been an active part
of implementations of system
enhancements. I have built many
rewarding relationships with both
clients and suppliers.
Prior to this, I was employed at Sony
Music Entertainment, Inc. as their
foremost technical lead EDI resource. I
was responsible for creating,
maintaining and developing their EDI e-
commerce interface to purchase order
functionality with full SDLC compliance
and have an in-depth understanding of
product placement. I also had
interactions with Sony Trading partners
for established business relations. Iíve
worked well with others in team efforts
and have had many successes with several
projects on my own in JD Edwards. I have
given presentations to various user
communities and given training sessions
to Sony India personnel.

Additional Information:
Consultant position held which involved
the management of the Valhalla Help Desk
in support of the Canadian Bottlers
distribution system (Mapics XA) resident
on the iSeries.
Established clear and concise
documentation of system in-flows and
out-flows through data flow diagrams,
which also reflected data interchange
between systems.
Ensured rapid response to system issues
as logged in Numera Track v8 then
Service Manager v7. Maintained and
enhanced the Mapics XA System in RPG400
and CL to facilitate order fulfillment,
maintained accurate inventory levels,
and shipping controls using Implementer
for implementations of software.
Developed QA plans and conducted UAT
testing of bar code scanner changes.
Verified and ensured all transactions
were SOX compliant according to
regulations.
Monitored Websphere MQ for ASN
transmissions to verify accuracy of
messaging and cross-reference of SAP
item codes to Mapics legacy codes.
Assisted logging back-up tapes with Iron
Mountain.

transmissions from mainframe to iSeries

and technical data mapping for Upstream
Inc., an external business partner.
Lead project analyst/designer of the
price labeling process for CD sticker
labeling; unique to the music industry.
I developed data bases and functionality
to maintain the labeling tables.
Lead analyst and designer of the
automation of the release process of EDI
purchase orders using SQL and other data
analysis tools.
Independently analyzed and produced
detail-oriented design documents for the
online reporting process for customer
purchase orders to eliminate paper usage
in a Ďgreení initiative solely created
proactively without supervision.
Primary lead of the development team and
was instrumental in the implementation
of the manufacturing ASN process through
to rate updates according to
specifications and participated in the
design processes well as other Supply
Chain functionality.
Sole lead resource for the knowledge
transfer to Sony India personnel for EDI
processes in which functional and
technical design documents were
developed to assign tasks to Sony India
personnel.
