Objective:
I have worked for decades with the mentally, emotionally, and physically ailing. With an M.A. in Ed./Counseling: Human Relations and Behavior, a B.S. in Education and Sociology, and thirty-six graduate credit hours in psychology, I have been an educator for numerous years. I have taught all ages, from toddlers to adults in public and private schools, G.E.D. completion programs, English as a Second Language, and many other educational institutions that enable the disadvantaged to get ahead in life. I have worked with Native American “at risk” youth preparing them for employment outside the reservation. I have also (for a number of years) been a long term caretaker for the elderly and dying. I have been a Motivational Speaker and Group Facilitator inspiring and guiding others to grow into their full potential. Helping others traverse seemingly impossible barriers is my specialty. I have volunteered at Hospice of Arizona, Hospice Family Care, St.Clement of Rome Church (Youth Ministry), Juvenile Court Services (representing incarcerated youth), Literacy America, and many other organizations that support people who are struggling in a variety of ways.
