Chart Completion Coordinator Medical Records-current job title

• Process incomplete records for Physician completion
• Data Entry
• Scan documents into computer needed to help complete record
• Assist Quality Review in audits of records to become accurate and complete
• Control suspension process according to Medical Staff Bylaws for Physicians and Allied
Staff by generating reminder, warning and revocation letters
• Update suspension process weekly
• Contact Doctor’s with delinquent charts for additional coding/billing purposes
• Abstract reports for high dollar amount accounts and contact the
Admitting/Attending/Consulting physician for completion of those records
• Coordinate with Physicians and Allied how to complete electronic medical record (EMR)
