Objective:
Department Supervisor/ Project Manager/ Desktop/Prepress Operator. A creative leader with a

• Managed Senior Digital Publishing Specialist Group. Worked with the team to transform PIC from a Photoshop imaging group to a
multimedia group offering over 23 different services, bringing additional new work into the department.
• Supervised and monitored workflow across 4 departments delivering projects on time, while maintaining a high standard of quality and a
high volume of production.
• Produced numerous print and digital projects including high volume imaging projects that required advanced Photoshop retouching while
maintaining a high level of additional personal production. Projects ranged from 10 images to 10,000 images, helping produce numerous

• Assumed production lead and supervised complex online Medical course built in flash and XML. The course included 6 modules and 18
lessons with over 600 screens, recognized by customer as the best course produced to date.

• Bundled PDF files which included embedding audio and navigation.
• Produced online flipbooks in Adobe Scene7 helping Pearson meet legal deadlines for Florida submission.
• Improved and sped up workflows by automating repetitive tasks and producing templates saving Pearson money in overtime costs.
• Tracked, delivered and backed up all project files into searchable database. Which provided Pearson with quick access to archived images.
• Administrative duties included: quoting on projects, monthly billing, produced monthly reports on customers and billing reports, ordered
supplies, kept computers up to date, established goals for each of the department members and helped to acquire any resources they needed
to achieve their goals.
