Student and Campus Development, and
subsequently to the school Principal and
President. Maintain the updated status
of all press releases on the school
regarding Crespi students, athletes, and
employees, in partnership with the
Director of Marketing and Public Media
Relations. Generate and handle the
inventory of all communications devices,
primarily phones and data equipment.
Establish and submit all requisitions
for contracted services rendered within
time constraints.

Website Manager
- Take the initiative in
maintaining, initiating, redesigning,
and executing the school's website
- Render hands-on monitoring to
web traffic and interpret statistical
information using analytics software
(Google Analytics)
- Direct all development of new
web content, while updating web pages as
necessary and maintaining the web server
in partnership with the network manager
- Leverage skills in various
field’s concepts, applications, and
software which include Adobe
Dreamweaver, and/or FTP protocols,
practices, and procedures
- Spearhead maintenance and
operation of the Marshal 8e6 Internet
Filter as well as the school’s
acceptable Internet usage policies
- Supervise the full spectrum of
Website Overhaul project with deadline
before the end of August 2012
- Initiate and execute new
DotNetNuke (DNN) web content management
software in conjunction with the Adobe
Creative Suite, most specifically
Dreamweaver and Photoshop, as well as
with the new e-commerce site to purchase
Crespi school merchandise
- Monitor and provide updated
status of the school's AUP, ensuring
full compliance with all the latest
standards of technology

Phone Systems Administrator
- Provide keen oversight to the
entire operations and maintenance of the
school’s phone network, including the
main building, fine art building,
business offices, priory and residences,
and Alumni and Development offices
- Administer the school’s digital
phone tree through Nortel’s Call Pilot
software (GUI), as well as through the
backend of the system
- Efficiently add, remove, and
update user account information, as well
as reset passwords
- Develop and oversee the
inventory of all phones and phone
accessories
- Design and implement
communication tools utilized by the
faculty, staff, administration,
students, and parents, which include
Connect Daily (web calendar software)
- Supervise the Blackboard Connect
GUI (formerly NTI) which utilizes the
Internet to send important phone and e-
mail notifications to parents, students,
faculty, staff, and incoming students
- Coordinate and maintain the
school’s phone tree on a yearly basis by
using the CallPilot software as well as
the printing and distribution of faculty
and staff phone directories

E-mail Systems Administrator
- Handle and coordinate the
overall functionality of the school’s e-
mail systems by utilizing Microsoft
Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook;
as well as iPhones, Blackberry phones,
and other smartphones of current
administration, faculty, and staff
- Take charge of configuring
mailboxes for new faculty, staff, and
administration; as well as removing
mailboxes when employees cease working
for the school
- Team up with the Director of
I.T. and Network Manager to ensure
proper utilization of settings and
encryptions for the safety and security
of all e-mail communications

Books and Apparel Coordinator
- Foster open communication with
representatives from E-Follett to assist
students and teachers in ordering and
receiving books according to specific
needs
- Oversaw and gave periodic
updates to the book lists for the fall
and summer semesters through Microsoft
Excel and Follett Virtual Bookstores
(FVB)
- Work closely with teachers to
ensure on-time delivery of necessary
ancillaries and instruction materials in
advance of each semester
- Manage and develop on-campus
book buy backs for students at the end
of each fall semester in collaboration
with E-Follett representatives
- Interface with representatives
from school uniform vendor to ensure the
consistency and availability of
apparel’s proper inventory using the
school’s online store and off-site
location in Woodland Hills
