of Lump Sum scope packages for execution

permanent and temporary piping

piping materials to ensure they meet

utilizing the Fluor FDCN/PCN and NCR

- Administered 263,388 man-hour
budget with a peak staff of 55 people
and producing 12,381 piping isometrics
- Partook in the completion of
piping isometric issue of 190 modules in
a period of 11 months as scheduled
- Designed several key work
processes that were adopted by the
project and the department for improving
the overall efficiency and performance
of the piping design function
- Fulfilled expanded
responsibilities in design to include
multiple pump stations in 5 different
tank fields, 1409 piping tie-ins and
2807 lines for 93 miles of pipe along
with 204 pieces of equipment

and implementation of piping design work
