Cabela's Inventory Manager, Mitchell SD
Responsible for day to day inventory accuracy of over 50,000 items and multi-million dollar stock level. Worked in AS400 query language and Showcase Reports to create Excel formatted reports for managing stock levels. Became known as the go-to man in the entire company for retail store inventory reports and problem solutions. Ranked near the top store for accuracy in every annual inventory. Sent to train 2 other stores in inventory procedures. Created a 4 person team for day to day inventory research and adjustment with Excel reports to department managers on outages, errors and merchandising challenges.

Chief, Airlift Operations, Red Flag, Nellis AFB, NV
Oversaw safety and planning of large scale combat flying exercises involving up to 100 aircraft and crews. Supervised pre-mission planning and briefings. Coordinated airspace, range and target restrictions. Monitored missions for compliance with safety guidelines, plans, and goals. Coordinated post mission debrief for lessons learned and mission results.

Chief, Manpower Branch, Headquarters North, Stavanger, Norway
Managed over 600 military and civilian manpower positions from 7 nations. Refined personnel database with result that Allied Forces Northwestern Europe also implemented my system and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe evaluated the system for standardization across NATO. Provided oversight of community center sales shop, building sales from zero to over 3 million Norwegian Kroner in 2 years. Implemented international agreement on status of forces in Norway giving increased tax free privilege to allied personnel. Negotiated saving of $114,000 in hotel cost during a large exercise. Coordinated the distinguished visitor program for NATO's largest Partnership for Peace exercise to that date, with guests including Secretaries of Defense and Ambassadors.

Chief, Manpower Section, Allied Forces Northern Europe, Kolsås, Norway
Reorganized a major NATO headquarters. Closed one headquarters, developed manpower structure for 2 new headquarters at new locations and reduced total manpower by 25 percent. Developed and introduced computerized personnel database system for tracking the manpower draw-down and buildup. 7 nations relied on the database and we maintained mission capability throughout the transition period of 6 months.

Chief, Manpower Warplans Division, Headquarters United States Air Forces Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany
Constructed the largest regional database defending long term programming of Air Force manpower to Congress. Described as best quality in years by higher headquarters. Coordinated deployment of European based Air Force personnel to the Gulf War. I became recognized as the expert in deployment tracking concepts and many of my recommendations were incorporated into a rewrite of the Air Force Manpower Concepts of Operation.

C-130 Advanced Combat Flying Training Instructor Pilot, United States Air Force
Trained over 50 student pilots with 100 percent satisfactory end of course evaluations. Selected to train pilots from 3 allied nations with outstanding results in Department of Defense's C-130 training unit. Served as scheduler and operations center controller coordinating 70 missions with over 500 crewmembers weekly. Directed essential mission and support activities of over 700 personnel resulting in 100 percent mission accomplishment while I was on duty as Airlift Controller. Selected for Air Force Institute of Technology advanced degree program.
