•Performs administrative and supervisory duties and functions; reports directly to Program Director.
•Oversees all aspects of general office coordination; maintains office calendar and coordinates work flow.
•Monitors and assists with maintenance of the organization's website.
•Answers incoming calls; screened callers and when needed transfers callers appropriate individuals.
•Coordinates and directs office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping.

other programs.
•Facilitates weekly "Substance Abuse and Awareness" workshops for Program participants.
•Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences.
•Attends Program Management, Staff meetings, District of Columbia-Department of Human Services, and
other meetings.
•Collects and maintains inventory of office equipment and supplies; researches, prices and purchases
office furniture, equipment and supplies.
•Trained and supervised 3 office clerks in daily operations of agency.
•Performs all other related duties, as required.
