• Making Reports to the Asset Manager and Management Firm as to the status of all monies owed and collected.
• Create and maintain all documents for monies collected and owed, maintain both digital and physical copies of rents collected, deposit of monies collected, and reporting information of monies collected and owed to the Asset Manager, Accounts Specialist, and Accounting Director, as well as any others as the situation dictates.
• Attend all meetings and bring any documents required, present information on the Apartment Community in person, as required by the Asset Manager and Management Firm.
• Maintain excellent communication with Asset Manager, Management Firm, and any other that the situation dictates so the Management Firm is well aware of the condition and functionality of their investment.
• All filing, recording, and documenting of paperwork and finances, as well as operating inside of a given budget.
• Extensive operation of office equipment on a daily basis, including scanner, copier, fax, multi-line phones and troubleshooting of all the equipment. An excellent understanding of computer operation and computer software, including but not limited to Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data Entry at Approx. 50wpm, 95% accuracy.

• Prepared and kept fresh 6 different blends of drip coffee.
