I am currently looking for a job position of biotech/pharmaceutical professional in cell and molecular biology in USA either temp or perm.

While employed as a biotech/pharmaceutical professional at Wyeth Research as well as other pharmaceuticals for over twenty years, I have been a part of a number of significant research projects and teams. I am familiar with all tools, equipment, and many of automated instruments and experienced with various research methods in molecular, cell biology, and pharmacological assays as well as computer software development. I have applied the strictest of care, meticulous attention, and safety to every assignment.

� Familiar with multiple liquid handlers such as Echo, Janus/Bravo and Platemate and well-versed in plate-based sample distribution and compound dilutions on the basis of microtiter-plate formats
� Hand-on experience in use of high-end plate readers such as Cellomics and FLIPR for assay development and compound screening
� Solid experience with biochemical, cellular and molecular techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, TagMan-PCR, DNA cloning, DNA sequence analysis, plasmid design and construction, mutagenesis, and Northern/Southern/Western analyses, gene expression in E. coli, insect and mammalian cells for functional assay and protein production, and viral vectors including BacMam and lentivirus
� Computer language skills with C, C , Java, Perl, Javascript as well as networking and database designing
� Extensive analytical thinking, result interpretation, and systematic troubleshooting capability in the assay development of drug discovery
