Objective:
Seeking long term perm. positon.


Experience:
Prepare client proposals; strategically manage proposal process and all aspects of the RFP to delivery of the final product. Responsible for communicating proposal/bid status information to proposal /bid teams. Performs tasks of developing, writing and publishing customized proposals in collaboration with subject matter expert and account executives. Monitor and contractual manage contracts, invoicing, billing, tasking assignments and all other Project type management functions to run successful contracts within depth knowledge of FAR and DFAR. Perform close outs, contract administration actions, developing policy and procedures, acquisition strategies, writing and reviewing contacts, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements. These duties also include, preparing invoices, travel vouchers, purchase orders and modifications for the final package to be submitted to the government for payment. Develop and manage projects per task order or directive to monitor deliverables, reports to meet the demands of the time constraints and within budget guidelines to satisfy the government client and full fill the agencies missions.
Issuance and administration of Subcontracts and preparation of proposals and bids on existing contracts. Ensures compliance with CPSR and Corporate policies and procedures. Directs corrective action when necessary to follow compliance. Responsible for the adequacy of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analysis of any unique requirements, and assess areas of risk. Interface with company offices and/or departments to resolve RFP and Subcontract issues. Negotiates and develops Teaming agreements and NDAs with subcontractors, team members, etc. Serves as a focal point on matters of a subcontractual nature, information requested and presented to Partners and subcontractors. Work with; Finance, Program Management, Pricing, Contracts, etc.. and identify and mitigating risk factors in compliance with contracts. Experience in ID/IQ, FFP, FFP/LOE, FFP/LH, T&M and Cost Plus contracts; Strong verbal/written communications skills and people skills. Knowledge of various computer programs.
