Provided pre/post sales supports Set up and configure telecom networks and voice systems (Cisco Unified Communication Managers, Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connect, Cisco IOS gateways and routers, Cisco switches, Nortel, Lucent, Avaya, Alcatel, NEC, Sylantro, and BroadSoft switches). Designed and developed private telephone Networks and/or ISP networks (ISDN or VOIP), voice portal hosting systems and call center with CTI, IVR and ICM. Designed and implemented inside and outside cabling plans. Run and tested cable connections. Worked with RBOC, IXC, CLEC, ISP on network interface. Managed call center and network control center. Worked with Windows 7, XP, UNIX, MS works, Microsoft project. Used program C, Basic and UNIX. Evaluated service provider bills and invoices.
