Objective:




Experience:
Develop and administer security procedures for classified and proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Ensures the handling, processing and transmittal of classified materials in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM) and Executive Orders.

Ensure compliance with program security classification guidelines, technology-safeguarding practices, International Traffic in Arms and Export Administration Regulations, and Missile Technology Control List.

Participate in Defense Policy and Practices meetings. Assist in development and implementation of ITAR compliance training; documentation and maintenance of records, maintaining records relative to exemptions, license and TAA submittals; interpreting and providing guidance/recommendations relative to ITAR compliance.

Provided program security guidance and training, technology assessments and control plans to senior leadership prior to approved release of sensitive information to foreign persons/governments in addition to providing comprehensive knowledge of sources and methods in making foreign disclosure decisions using current US/foreign security, classification and disclosure guidance.

Provide Intelligence Community with operational insight and analysis of Space Based systems through comprehensive understanding of National Security Space acquisition policy and processes and understanding of IC operations and intelligence requirements.
