JOB DESCRIPTION: Helped prepare the launch of the United Way's annual fundraiser by creating and editing mailing lists in Microsoft Access, donor information in Microsoft Excel, and writing several letters to previous donors in Microsoft Word. I also helped send multiple letters to different agencies around the state of Kentucky to find more money for the annual event. I dealt only briefly with some of the budgeting that was done in the office at that time, but I mainly did the work to maintain the thousands of donors that help support the United Way’s effort each year.

-Working with within CECOM in the editing and development of course catalogs, text books used for instruction to various Army personnel.
-Actively acting as branch logistics by participating in the preparation and shipment of classroom materials for the use of Army personnel.

-Collecting, distributing, and editing branch wide reports which are collected for the purpose of circulating throughout the CECOM chain of command.
-Executes daily tasks while meeting weekly deadlines while simultaneously managing the interworking of the IT-FSB offices
