Systems Integrator, Army Transformation Team, Ft Lewis Washington.
Researched Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance,( C4ISR) equipment requirements by reviewing Operational Needs Statements as well as Modified Tables of Organizational Equipment documents.
Prepared C4ISR equipment description sheets.
Coordinate New Equipment Training (NET) requirements for the operators.

Researched equipment sustainment and reset requirements. During this period assisted 4 Stryker Brigades, 3 Engineer Brigades, I Corps and many additional Units. Developed and maintained System installation Matrixes that provided the installation shop a guide to what C4ISR equipment was required for each vehicle in all units at JBLM as well as providing information for Ft Bragg, Ft Bliss, as well as Units of the 25 IN Div in Hawaii. Additional duties during this time was to develop and maintain the Environmental Operating Permit (EOP) for our operations at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, as well as a guide for FT Hood, Ft Bragg, FT Bliss, and Hawaii Operations. The EOP was and is the basic HAZMAT guide for our operations. Developed the safety compliance standard operating procedures, assembled and posted safety awareness bulletins etc. Performed basic building maintenance requirements, Handing new doors, wiring and plumbing as needed. Initiated Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS) Maintenance tracking for the CECOM Special Projects Office at JBLM. Scheduled and monitored NET (New Equipment Training) Training for SBCT-1, 4, and 7.
Coordinated Classrooms and training support equipment required to train 14000+ Soldiers at Ft Lewis, WA. Provided the necessary training and support requirements to allow the Soldiers to effectively communicate in any environment or location and still maintain situational awareness of the Battlefield.
