Collection Agent Payer Team, Financial Recovery
Services Inc., Superior, WI -- Jan. 2008-present
Recovery of credit card debt via phone. Contact
debtors, express importance of clearing up bad
debt as related to the debtors credibility as well as
fulfilling our obligation to our client. The first two
years I recovered pre-charge off debt for HSBC
bank. This involved negotiating balance in full
payments, settlement in full payment, or a
payment plans of post-dated checks toward either
the balance in full or short term settlement. I was
selected in June, 2010 to be part of a team to
start up a new client, Discover. This involves
thorough skip-tracing for contact information and
CBR scoring to help identify money sources as
well as determining how liquid accounts seem to
be. Software used in these positions include CRS
which is the standard in the collection industry
and Accurant by Lexus Nexis for skip-tracing.
During my time with FRS I have performed with
solid Health Club Membership Sales, LA Fitness;
Apple Valley, MN -- 2006-2007
Marketing and sales of new health club being built
in Apple Valley. During construction of club I
conducted virtual tours of the gym in our pre-
sales office, marketed to local businesses for
exposure and corporate membership packages.
Selling memberships involved educating potential
members of all the benefits of regular exercise
and showing them how LA Fitness provided the
best value state of the art facility in the industry.
