• Managed 11 properties; 5 recreational camps encompassing 1100 acres, 2 commercial properties 14,000 sf office building and a outdoor learning center with 9 buildings approximately 75,000 sf on 160 acres, and 4 residential facilities.
• Supervised 5 property staff and up to 100 volunteer workers on projects.
• Helped Council divest 7 properties over 9 years to reduce overhead costs.
• Helped develop new 3.7 million dollar camp from 2000-2004.
• Contracted and managed all contractors and vendors at each property.
• Conducted annual OSHA self inspection at each property.
