Objective:
I am seeking an organization where, as an HR professional, I could supply strategic leadership and partnership in the execution of business goals.

I recently retired from the Navy as Command Master Chief of the Navy School of Music and I am currently searching for an organization that would best benefit from my talents. I have been operating as a Human Resources Director for the past 13 years in a variety of settings.

With the inherent diversity of the military, I have developed excellent managerial and Human Resources techniques with which to best deal with a diverse workforce. The subjects of employee satisfaction and developing a positive work place climate are two of my strongest suits.

* Senior consultant to the Commanding Officer on the formulation and implementation of changes in policy pertaining to the staff and faculty.
* Provided expert leadership of three divisions consisting of 44 tri-service instructors.
* Fostered a work climate marked by an unprecedented spirit of cooperation and high morale in a very challenging multi-service command consisting of Army, Navy and Marine Corps staff and faculty.
* Flawlessly managed the Employee and Student Recognition Programs, Navy Evaluation Program and Instructor Certification and Evaluation Programs, ensuring complete and accurate documentation and compliance.
* Coordinated a successful Mentorship Program, thoroughly preparing Navy students for transfer to their initial Navy Band.
