level of assistance to the PC Manager
with daily project controls management
functions, which include monitoring
progress of the PC Team.
Developed Schedule Special Provisions
for all Contracts on the HHCTCP,
Instrumental in developing and
implementing procedures and process for
Project Controls Field leads. Originate
both the Integrated Project Schedule for
the GEC and the Master Program Schedule
for the client.
Spearhead and mentor Project Controls
Schedule Team, both in the main office
and in the field, to develop their
competencies and achieve the maximum
level of potential. Provide expert
oversight in project controls for all
field offices for the $5.5B Honolulu
High Capacity Transit Corridor Project.
Oversee the verification and validation
of all contractor pay requests, monthly
schedule updates and progress reporting.
Prepare cost curves, earned value
reporting and forecasting in
coordination with the Projects Lead Cost
Engineer. Handle the development,
maintenance and analysis of all HHCTCP
Program, Project and Feeder Schedules.

- Developed the processes and
procedures for Contract Integration for
27+ contracts.
- Carried out overall project
schedule that includes the EIS, PE,
permitting, right of way acquisition and
summary level construction using
Primavera Project Planner (P6 & P6.2).
- Developed the GEC Schedule
Procedures for Honolulu High-Capacity
Transit Corridor Project.
- Set up access database to
monitor weekly staff
activities/meetings/dateline to report
to managers.

review of monthly project schedules for

procurement contracts.

updating and maintaining the MARTA’s
track allocation system including all
aspects of rail operations; automatic
train control; electrical power and

Microsoft PowerPoint to optimize
