Expedited Construction Project –
Consisted of 10 sub-projects to upgrade
the existing facility. Successfully
upgraded power supply; installed new
water main, fire line and hydrants;
created guard house, communication
system and fiber huts, new Air Handling
Units (AHU with CBR Filtering systems
built to ASME N509 and tested to ASME
N510); and installed new heat exchanging
units to support the upgrades. Performed
extensive testing of the upgraded
electrical systems to the applicable EMP
Mil Standards.

Fire Station / Helipad Project –
Consisted of the design and construction
of a new facility fire station and
helipad. Coordinated with government
agencies on site to ensure meeting of
all customer requirements; handled the
installation of new fire alarm systems,
communication banks, weather station,
sleeping areas, construction of office
space, telecommunication installation,
metering systems, and the design and
construction of a new helipad on the
facility

Temporary Power Plant – Composed of the
design and installation of a new power
plant and new electrical vaults to
support the facility. Conducted review
on all manufacturer submittals for
safety and environmental compliance;
interacted with all concerned parties to
ensure product delivery compliance of
the new EPA Tier II standards; and
provided the state DEP with all the
required information necessary to ensure
compliance. Played an important role as
member of the commissioning team
ensuring that the new system is
paralleled with the existing commercial
feeds, and all of the controls
functioned as stated in the SOW
requirements.

all projects associated with the
Alternate Site construction activities
- Took part in brainstorming

Plate” SOW for all of the future
projects related with the Pentagon
Renovation Program
