Construction project Manager

• Provision of technical and engineering support to build industrial, commercial and heavy civil projects.
• Good customer relationship, leadership and organization skills.
• Attending site visits to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop approximations of types of materials and labor required.
• Strong knowledge of the structural steel and concrete applications. Ability to perform onsite activities ranging from labor/skilled trade to site supervision, as necessary.

• Performing contract/subcontract administration as it applies to each project, defining and leading project teams consisting of site personnel, contracts personnel, design personnel, and management personnel. Implementing of project controls, development of communication protocols, and performing technical oversight of construction projects.
• Technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to assure total quality of all construction efforts, coordination with client and company personnel, ensuring timely submittal of contract documents.
• • Identification of work items and estimate quantities of each item, preparation of quantity take-offs, and development pricing for non-scheduled line items.
• Preparing estimates based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches; where feasible provide possible value engineering suggestions.
• Soliciting detailed proposal information from vendors and/or subcontractors with all supporting documentation on equipment, material and labor costs for material or equipment.
• Preparation of bid package analyses. Evaluation of proposals from vendors and/or subcontractors for compliance with scope of work.
