Experience:
• Provision of technical and engineering support to build industrial, commercial and heavy civil projects.
• Good customer relationship, leadership and organization skills.
• Attending site visits to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop approximations of types of materials and labor required.
• Strong knowledge of the structural steel and concrete applications. Ability to perform onsite activities ranging from labor/skilled trade to site supervision, as necessary.
• Analyzing and monitoring job costs and maintaining accurate reports.
• Usage of BIM application to avoid constructability issues.
• Responsible for reviewing RFI’s and submittals, plans and specifications, obtaining information and approvals required from the owner, architect and engineers for the timely processing of shop drawings.
• Preparation of quantity reports, document control and approval of pay requests and change orders.
• Performing contract/subcontract administration as it applies to each project, defining and leading project teams consisting of site personnel, contracts personnel, design personnel, and management personnel. Implementing of project controls, development of communication protocols, and performing technical oversight of construction projects.
• Technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to assure total quality of all construction efforts, coordination with client and company personnel, ensuring timely submittal of contract documents.
• • Identification of work items and estimate quantities of each item, preparation of quantity take-offs, and development pricing for non-scheduled line items.
• Preparing estimates based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches; where feasible provide possible value engineering suggestions.
• Soliciting detailed proposal information from vendors and/or subcontractors with all supporting documentation on equipment, material and labor costs for material or equipment.
• Preparation of bid package analyses. Evaluation of proposals from vendors and/or subcontractors for compliance with scope of work.

Heavy Civil Construction Project, Israel.
Building government highways and roads, buildings and bridges under an approved insurance
bond issued to the Contracting Company. The total along of the project is 5,000 m. with total

lanes of highways and roads, intersections, build new underground facilities: sewer, storm water,
underground drainage and telecommunication systems; two new bridges with total area is 28,

Responsible for the completion of the metal-concrete structural frame used for a commercial
skyscraper using non-traditional building methods. The project included as to build of 7 floors
underground for parking structural and 30 floors above ground for business offices at the same
time to save project schedule.
The total building area of 7 underground floors is 156,000s.f.
The total building area of 30 floors above ground is 178,000 s.f.
The total cost was $ 150,000,000.00.
