To secure a full or part-time position using my 31 years of experience in all phases of office work, including heavy customer service. To re-enter the work force I best enjoy and be an asset to that business.

I was personal secretary to the President of AGI Shower Door Co., performing various tasks for the same boss, same company for 31 years. Responsible for proof-reading contracts received from our builders to ensure accuracy and correlation of contract prices. prices, typing of salesmen's bid to contractors. Assure that options purchased by Howeowners were precise, paid for, and assigned a Purhase Order. We installed shower enclosures & mirrors in "tract" homes as well as in private homes. Examples of builders & privates: Citation Homes, Pulte Homes, Kaufman & Broad, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, MC Hammer.

Abiltiy to work in fact-paced enviornment, multi-task, work well independently and with others, stand for long periods of time, make customers feel at ease and welcome, use general office equipment, data entrypre-lim & lien notices, very heavy phones, walk-in sales, A/P, A/R, heavy customer service,worked very closely with on site job superintendents which included customer service with disgruntled Homeowners.Totaled time cards & prepared payroll forms for outide source(ADP) to prepare payroll checks for our company.Training of all new office employees, heavy invoicing (over half the day) and I had also been Office Manager for a period of time.
