Job Level: Management (Manager, Director) Willing to Travel:

Objective:
To be a part of the eternal goal of
Christ in bringing the worship of God to
all people groups. My commitment is to
“The Great Commission.” My ambition is

not yet been named.

Experience:
Employment Experience:
For the past 20 years my career has been
primarily in the secular restaurant
world, 11 of those years I have held the
position of General Manager at 3
different restaurants. Through the
course of this career I have learned all
aspects of operating a business and
leading a staff of 50-100 people.

I also worked as a lead account
representative for a home & décor
magazine for nearly two years which
taught me excellent presentation skills
as I was responsible for setting up
booths at Real Estate trade shows nation
wide and giving public presentations on
a consistent basis.
In summary, God has blessed me with a
very diverse and broad range of skills
that would be useful in any industry.

heartily, as for the Lord and not for
men.”
Current Employment: General Manager /
Director of Operations
The Melting Pot, A Fine Dining Fondue
Restaurant, Spokane, WA October 2007-
current Starting with an empty building

our vendors and working with
distributors, ordering in all of our
inventory, setting up our restaurant
equipment, directing the assembly of our
bar, kitchen and dining room, creating
our employee handbook and policies, and
directing the training of all of our
staff.
I interviewed and hired all 75 opening
staff members, including leadership, and
built a very solid team, based on
Christian principles. The management
team is all Christian as is about 50% of
the hourly staff (incredible for a
restaurant). This ratio has made for a
wonderful work environment where
Christians can learn how to be a “light”
and witness to unbelievers.
Daily tasks include management of
product cost, marketing and generating
of new sales, developing and managing
new product ideas and ad designs,
developing and implementing business
strategies, team building, creating and
monitoring a budget and analyzing all

monthly P&L, facility maintenance
management, staff training, hiring, and
