Led the entire field workforce assigned to the Compton Unified School District (CUSD) Schools Renovation and Retrofit project (4 supervisors/foreman and 27 workers) - work consisted of 24 separate interior and exterior paint, stucco, and glazing subcontracts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 each. As GC, directed the TI’s for mall retail stores and commercial office space.
• Grew company’s CUSD business to over $1.8 million in total contracts over 18 months.
