To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Jimmy Trichel (trish SHELL).
My Mission: To use and build upon my precision millwright management skills that have been developed over decades of employment and educational opportunities, to assist and work in communion with, others, to best achieve success in endeavors presented, and to overcome all challenges presented during the course of trying to achieve common goals!
During my career, I have been an instrumental, key person in the repair, assembly, and installation of steam and gas turbines and other machinery, as well as the construction of industrial plants all over the U.S. I have years of experience in management and possess so many of the tools necessary in todayˇ¦s management market, including Primavera, Microsoft Programs such as Excel, MS Projects, MS Word, and have a keen ability to communicate and work effectively with others. Other management qualifications include the abilities to plan tasks; schedule equipment and repairs; coordinate among crafts; requisition, track, receive and stage materials; manage and interpret all applicable documents and prints; develop and train manpower and utilize keen customer service skills.
I am actively seeking opportunities that will allow me to provide a company with the expertise I possess because I know the value (and rarity) of top notch, experienced supervisors; and in my years of experiences, I have found that there are those who ˇ§sayˇ¨ they can do . . . and those that can! I am one of the latter, so if you feel like you could use a physically fit, highly motivated, positive minded person with exceptional skills and management experiences, and who is willing able to work closely, and in harmony, with other skilled personnel, I would love to hear from you. Good luck with your projects and please keep me in mind!
REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE ME!
Experience - Outstanding production and safety record along with 25 years of verifiable, dependable, quality business and management leadership in construction, mining, manufacturing and equipment assembly and repair. All experiences listed in this resume are verifiable and are not embellished. Moreover, the experiences, in and of themselves, hold little value when compared to the knowledge gained from those experiences and from mentors who guided me along the way!
Integrity - Upon request, I can provide the names (and contact numbers) of many outstanding business, professional and community leaders who will verify my integrity.
Reliability - Many can be counted on to be reliable when things are going great, but only a few can be counted on to stand fast in a situation when everyone else is leaving! I have proven, through experiences in the frozen tundra of Alaska and snow capped, frost ridden mountain tops of W. Virginia, that I will remain steadfastly to the end of each project through not only the successes, but also when things get tough and are not going well!
Education - Though I am a graduate of LSU, my greatest moments of education have come from my experiences in a diverse array of industries, the training provided by companies and personnel associated with those experiences, in the classroom, in the meeting rooms and out in the field! We all know only too well that what we don't use, we lose . . . . and I have been able to build upon those educational experiences through hard work and perseverance in real experiences!
Cooperation - Those who know me best, socially and throughout my career, will verify that one of my greatest contributions to any endeavor is a cooperative, "can do¨ spirit, not only with regard to my personal constitution, but in my ability to pass that forward through motivation, education and training! There is very little that mankind cannot achieve with a collective, positive effort, and too many times failure manifests itself through an attitude that represents less than that!
Responsible - Responsibility covers so many areas, and I am not afraid to be responsible for my actions, or those under my supervision; or to accept responsibility of performing all work in the safest manner in a timely fashion, and to do the right things the right way according to latest revisions.
