Senior Intelligence Analyst, All Source, Section Leader:
Responsible for identifying intelligence gaps, evaluating information and intelligence, conduct analysis, producing intelligence products and reviewing intelligence products. Frequently utilized various analytic techniques that yield judgments and assessments in order to offer value-added insights that extended beyond the most obvious connections. Edited and reviewed the work of others prior to myself and those of junior stature (1st Level). Rated at superior level for mentoring Soldiers and up to 8 other junior personnel. Exemplify a professional demeanor and characteristics associated within an intelligence analyst. Proactively cultivate and maintain a current and thorough understanding of assigned subject matter, to include developing an awareness of other agencies activities related to such matters. Oversee deliverable preparation and workflow processes to ensure that established quality standards are maintained and deadlines are consistently met.
