Human Resources Processor February 2004 to January 2011

• Support Northern Region (over 50 locations) and Corporate Headquarters regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review required documents to ensure they are completed correctly and that all guideline requirements and procedures have been met.
• Utilize PeopleSoft to process pay increases, new hires, position or status changes, reviews and terminations.
• Audit new hire files to ensure all required forms have been completed and are correct. Notify locations of any missing and/or incorrect documentation and pend until received. Verify PeopleSoft reflects employee’s information accurately. Log additional information, e.g. receipts, emergency contact, etc into PeopleSoft.
• Review and process I9 forms using Government E-verify system.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, e.g. backup documentation for terminations, overdue reviews, signed reviews, missing new hire paperwork, etc.
• Work with an outside agency providing documentation and information for unemployment claims and respond to hearing notices.
• Ensure terminated employee files are received from location and merged with master file.
• Assist Human Resource Manager with maintaining inventory levels of new hire packets/forms and updating as required.
• Process requests from subpoenas and employment verifications.

• Provided administrative support to the Quality Resource Director with updating Policy & Procedure manuals in preparation for a Joint Commission Review.
