Objective:

Experience:
As the Anti-Terrorism Officer for the Joint Forces Headquarters located at Building 473 Fort Pickett, I am called upon to demonstrate my knowledge of Anti-Terrorism measures and counter surveillance techniques to assist the military and civilian sectors in mitigation solutions for possible attack. Duties include assessment and evaluation of critical infrastructure, emergency operations, structural engineering, terrorist operations and security operations plans and procedures for the purpose of identifying core vulnerabilities and offering solutions for enhancing these areas. Responsible for the inspections of all Readiness Centers and installations in the State of Virginia. My oral and written communication skills have afforded me the ability to make clear and convincing presentations to executive officers and managers, as well as civilian clients. I participate in working groups and committees to identify develop, apply and modify Department of Defense standards and policy requirements for compliance to Anti-terrorism, Physical Security and Operational Security plans thus allowing me to mitigate security gaps. I routinely implement hazard vulnerability and gap analysis of policies related to disaster management and resource management modalities.
