Dear Recruiter,

I am a seasoned professional seeking employment opportunities in the area of social services. Attached is a copy of my resume for your consideration.

My past and present employment has been extraordinary however my first and greatest passion is healthcare and social services with a hands-on approach to improve the quality of life for others everywhere. My quest to re-enter my professional is as compassion as was my original reason for departure…personal. At that time a personal sabbatical was practical however it was a sacrifice.

I’ve enjoyed an extensive career, spanning over a decade, which includes clinical aspects, experience in intake process, needs assessment, referrals, comprehensive planning, training, liaison, public speaking, advocacy, and leadership, dynamic interpersonal skills, strong communication, with abilities to establish, maintain and retain great working relationships within the community and clinical environments as well. My clinical background is supported through years of employment in varied settings, which include nursing, psychiatric, medical and dental settings. To add, I’ve had experience in managing, monitoring and applying state and local government policies appropriately for favorable outcomes.

My work at an executive firm has enhanced and solidified my ability to continue to provide optimum customer service, and continuum of care in a clinical setting. It has afforded me an opportunity to combine a myriad of experiences through providing services to potential presidential candidates and working closely with fortune 100 and 500 companies respectively. Surely we are aware that there are often challenges when working with the public and private sectors. Qualities often revered and respected in most any field.

I am a detailed-oriented professional who takes pride in any undertaking both personally and professionally. One whose loyalty, drive and determination and accountability and compassion will always be paramount, who’s demonstrated the ability to operate independently without supervision as well as a member of any team, effectively, and professionally. Although recently unemployed as a result of downward spiraling economy, I believe that new life will be breathed into our economy in time. I also believe that much respect will be given to our profession because in order to repair the economy, we must first restore the Human Spirit! I’m optimistic that I am the candidate you seek! A position with you would be ideal for me!

With much consideration, I welcome an opportunity to meet, at your convenience, to discuss my suitability to your request.
