Objective:
 Controls Engineer with a very
diverse background, including support of
PC's, PLC's, robots, MES and special
systems, ISO and CE procedures,
documentation, and certification,
leading and assisting draftsmen/cad
operators, and skilled tradesmen,
conducting training on new equipment and
processes, generating plant electrical
and machine-specific specifications,
evaluating new products and
technologies, writing electrical
specification, specifying acceptable
products, insuring the quality of
controls systems used on new/retrofitted
tools, machinery, and systems,
developing specifications, approving
designs, and evaluating machine runoff.
 Duties included working with the
corporate standards group, managing
projects, analyzing cost/benefits and
making appropriations requests,
generating bid packages, conducting
competitive bid meetings, coordinating
with purchasing, and supervising
contractor operations.
Have experience with machine control,
installation and start-up of high
production equipment. point to point
troubleshooting, PLC Programming, HMI
Programming, DCS, Servos, Robotics,
power distribution, facilities, MES and
quality assurance.
 Major application areas include:
material handling and conveyor systems,
architectural and facilities, pneumatic
conveying, visual inspection systems,
line packing, digital and analog

control systems for intelligent material

Plant Wide MES and PTL (Pick-to-Light)
system utilizing RSView32 with 10 custom
HMIs which were developed for Automated
manufacturing and Shipping for packaged
and palletized spice products.
