L-3 Communications-East, Camden, New Jersey 2002 – 2010
Senior Member Engineering Staff for System Test Group
• Responsible for testing software for MarCom Maritime Systems (telecommunications for LPD ships) and ACTS/Stingray satellite communication systems. This included creating/executing test plans, documenting software bugs, prepare status reports, peer reviews of documentation, and weekly reports of progress to customer. Security clearance was required for this position.

Lucent Technologies, Holmdel, New Jersey 1997 - 2002
MTS for WaveStar Bandwidth Manager System Test Group
• Responsible for testing software and hardware for WaveStar Bandwidth Manager project via manual and automation test suites. This included creating/executing test plans based on system requirements, installing software onto the network element, and testing the software against SONET and SDH standards.

Telcordia, Piscataway, New Jersey 1991– 1997
MTS for OPS/INE Performance Group 1996 – 1997
• Responsible for OPS/INE performance certification by enhancing automation to run at 100% success rate, creating/debugging additional performance scripts (per network element) for greater stress testing, executing script on multi-module environment (provided U S WEST with recommendations for enhancing their configuration), put new feature requirements (per release, with possible performance impacts) into calculations to ensure that stress test measurements stay within 5% bandwidth of previous release’s measurements, expanded test suites to execute under TCP/IP protocol in addition to X.25 protocol for single and multi-module test environment.

MTS for OPS/INE System Test Group 1991 - 1996
• Responsible for testing OPS/INE software of numerous network elements. This consisted of writing/distributing test plans, executing provisioning/flow through test suites, documenting software bugs, performing acceptance/regression testing throughout the test cycle, writing/executing automation scripts (through MYNAH), and mentoring 18 people to the project. Organized/participated in field site installation projects (Delta Test) from 1993-1995.

• Responsible for testing software for DACS IV-2000 network element. This consisted of reviewing system requirements from the customer (Bellcore), writing feature test plans, executing test suites, documenting software bugs and performing installation testing (First Service Application). Involved in DACS II network element testing.
