Project Coordinator/Analyst Resume

Desired Industry: Miscellaneous SpiderID: 43146
Desired Job Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Date Posted: 9/14/2010
Type of Position: Full-Time Permanent Availability Date: 10/01/2010
Desired Wage:
U.S. Work Authorization: Yes
Job Level: Experienced with over 2 years experience Willing to Travel: Yes, Less Than 25%
Highest Degree Attained: Bachelors Willing to Relocate: No

Objective:
I am seeking to make a career transition
from the recruiting agency world to the
corporate world where there is more of a
career path than recruiter--> sales. In
working with both my counterparts
internally as well as my external
clients, I am continuously managing the
fine line of balancing conflicting
priorities. It is also my responsibility
to ensure that the activities that my
teammates, clients and I do to achieve
our goals comply with State and
Federally mandated guidelines as well as
internal policies, procedures and
standards.

In my current and previous roles I have
been required to give twice weekly
status and plan-of action reports for
each of the projects I am on and/or in
charge of, identify and resolve issues
with candidates and clients, manage
risks and update changes to
requirements. I also ensure financing is
in place and at a realistic cost prior
to beginning each project we staff.

Experience:
Almost 6 years of full lifecycle
staffing experience including both
Recruiter and Account Management duties.

The Recruiter and Account Manager
positions require strong Business
Analysis and Project Management skills.
As an Account Manager I regularly gather
requirements, analyze what each of the
requirements mean and what needs to be
done to manage the scope of the position
and related project. I then work with
hiring managers to make sure that what
they said and what I heard were the same
and manage expectations related to skill
sets, technologies available, time
constraints and budget. In direct-hire
positions I make sure that the candidate
the client thinks they want is actually
the type of candidate they need for the
long run and that a different skill set
or contractor would not be a better
solution for their needs. It is also my
responsibility to follow up regularly to
make sure the onboarding process and
fusion between the candidate and the
culture is smooth. As a Recruiter, I
would source resumes through various
traditional methods as well as
incorporating the new social media
options. After sourcing, I talk to the
candidates and ensure that they are the
caliber of candidate I am looking for
and determine where the best fit would
be within our company. I administer any
exams that are needed, check references
and hold the candidate’s hand throughout
the recruiting, interviewing and
placement process.
