Objective:
Mechanical Product Designer with extensive automotive experience on many types of products including structural chassis brackets, secondary brackets, plumbing, fluid pumps, fans, switches- window, headlights, steering column multifunction, instrument panels & clusters, sub straight (retainer), interior trim, exterior trim, body in white, seats, seat belts, mechanisms, engines, rear ends. Hood latches & parking brakes, adjustable pedals, convertible hard/soft top, experience as a project leader and a supervisor also being a Liaison Engineer. Expert on Catia V4/V5 solid modeling, 2D drafting experience. Accomplished designer with 3 registered patents. Extensive design support experience for FEA modeling. Complete design experience from concept stage to development and vehicle integration while working closely with customers and suppliers. Design structural brackets to support high mass chassis loads. Interfaces with FEA group to support analysis. Dedicated team player with excellent communication skills and desire to produce an innovation and quality product.
