2. Develop workable engineering designs from engineering concepts or general ideas. Designed new equipment or system taking into account cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirements and product life cycle.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been done with the help of design view software for calculating the forces which are acting on the various points of industrial loader component dipper. 3D CAD model of dipper has been made using Pro-Engineer software for checking its dimensional stability and interference. Analyses were conducted with the help of Ansys Workbench by applying various boundary conditions like loads and constraints for getting stress analysis which helps to determine the strength and behavior of dipper under extreme load condition. It is also used to calculate deflection, stress, vibration, buckling behavior and many other phenomena.
OTHER PROJECTS:
• Design of Automated Assembling Machine (electro-mechanical high speed manufacturing machine) for assembling the different parts of the ‘ball pen cartridge’ including point feeding and point insertion in cartridge as well as point inspection using ProE CAD system
• Design of Automated Assembling Machine (electro-mechanical high speed manufacturing machine) for insertion of wire into a block, cutting and necessary inspection using ProE CAD system
• Design of Automated Mechanical System to load the packaging carton which includes closing the top and bottom flap of carton, labeling, sealing and total cost analysis of this production line.
