Mobi Manage is a fast growing mobile web and application company located in Scottsdale AZ. We are currently looking for a dynamic energetic inside/outside sales representative to sell our mobile web & application solution. This is a perfect opportunity for a highly motivated go-getter, who will work to achieve targets and help sell the future of mobile! If you possess high energy, a positive can do attitude and want to get into the future in mobile marketing sales, this may be the perfect job for you!

The Sales Representative must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to potential users. Sales Representatives will primarily work in conjunction with the mobi Manage team. The ideal candidate must be able identify all issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, conduct technical lively webex's to potential clients and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that even after the sale our clients are using the product to it's full functionality.

Responsibilities
Responsible for articulating key product benefits and uses to potential customers . Responsible for both web and in person product demonstrations . Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Responsible for meeting sales targets and goals . Responsible for maintaining and tracking information in a CRM system . Responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction even after the sale . Able to make 40-50 phone calls to prospective clients each day . Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams . Able to travel throughout sales territory


Experience:
2+ years relevant experience in sales preferred . Experience and familiarity of products and line of business a plus . Experience in Sales and Marketing a plus . Must be able to travel . Must have excellent communication and presentation skills . Needs to be highly energetic and have a positive can do attitude!


Skills:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a tremendous amount of energy along with a proven track record in sales. Should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a fast-paced organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Must be organized and analytical and be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Compensation:
Monthly draw plus Commission
Potential at plan of $150k within 12 months.
