I have been in sales for the past 20 years my successful track record is well documented my accomplishments have been achieved through hard work and determination.

North is a manufacturer of head to toe PPE which is sold through North distributors; the territory was WA, Alaska and Boeing. Primary duties were to make end user calls for technical support, product item presentations and conduct training and education.

In June of 2000 the states of Washington and Alaska were generating combined sales of 1.67 million dollars; through training and education, the development of lesson plans for the core products North manufactured. conducting product seminars for Respiratory protection, Fall protection, Confined Space Entry, Lock Out/Tag Out and Blood Borne Pathogens, the North brand of products came to be commonplace in the industry; well known in this industry for my technical abilities to solve safety issues. In December of 2007 these territories generated 6 million dollars collectively; this growth averaged over 600,000 dollars per year.
In 2003 became the highest producing sales rep in the country for North Safety.

Because of this success North Safety began to use me as a corporate trainer for end users across the country and employee training within the company.

In January 1995, initiated a start up safety distributorship known as National Safety, Inc.
As the company began to grow and were able to hire new employees I took on the role of sales manager as an additional duty. Worked with our majority owner to maintain the account receivables and account payables. Developed budgets and quarterly business goals and objectives.
Developed the sales compensation program for the sales staff, negotiated agreements with manufacturers. developed training programs and curriculum for respiratory, fall, confined space, gas detection and noise dosimetry.
In 5 years National Safety was producing 5 million in gross sales. Sold out due to partnership disagreements.
