Converter for 4 Wheel Drive Winnebago's
to allow different wheel sizes to be
used.

a 3D Fender Stratocaster in Solidworks
2009 and ProEngineer using engineering
blueprints
• MEE 471- Synthesis of Mechanical
Systems 1: Harvest Energy from
descending elevators and escalators.
Designed a Green Elevator that uses an
adjustable counterweight and a
regenerative brake to harvest energy.
• MAE 553- HVAC Systems and
Analysis: Term Project to improve the
understanding of the methods used in
building energy and indoor air quality
analysis through a case study of the
Syracuse COE Headquarters Building.
Tasks:
(1) Collect case buildings architectural
design of building envelope system
(including wall and windows geometry and
materials).
(2) Calculate building envelope (walls)
heat transfer by using the summer
weather conditions for summer design day
simulations.
(3) Using the ASHRAE Clear Sky model,
perform window radiation gain
calculations using the same summer
weather conditions.
• MEE 332- Intro to Machine
Design/Manufacturing: Railroad Spike
Layer: In this project, teams had to
design a railroad car that would set the
spikes into the tracks. Teams had to
think of ways to power the car itself,
how to set the spikes into the tracks,
and how to power any devices that would
be needed to do that. ProEngineer
drawings were made of each part and
fully assembled on ProE. Full written
reports were made on the design that
included the total cost, Bill of
Materials, operator’s manual,
maintenance schedule and all
calculations.
• MEE 517 Automotive Engineering:
4 Wheel Drive Systems. Term paper
detailing:
(1) The history of 4 wheel drive systems
and the important engineering
improvements along the way.
(2) The types of 4,2 and All wheel drive
systems and the differences between
them.
(3) Types of Limited slip differentials
and differences between them.
(4) Current Jeep 4 wheels drive systems
and differences between them
(QuadraDrive, etc..)
