Worked in a call room with about 10-15 co-
workers at a time. I learned how to use a call
phone dialer, calling people to screen and qualify to
come in and meet with our personal matchmakers.
This job helped me to listen to peoples’ thoughts. I
benefited from this in a real positive way, because I
