I directed activities concerned with production of company products (AT&T), performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors: Lead, develop and mentor production managers/supervisors. I participated in the development of new and existing products, components, and processes.
In charge of 3 shifts, 2 warehouses, and over 120 employees, assuring that supervisors were practicing all safety policies.
I conferred with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, developed budget and cost controls to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
I participated in the planning and direction of production activities and established production priorities for products in order to keep effective operations and cost factors.
I also coordinated production, quality control and maintenance activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources and equipment. I also participated in the development and implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
I was also in charge of maintaining good employee relations, taking disciplinary actions when required.
I directed month to month physical inventory of parts and finished goods.

Manage periodic process reviews for each client. Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents, Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust them accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecasts for department. Work with senior management to develop a business plan and goals for each department.
Train and certify new employees on all performance standards as well as recruitment process; Responsible for internal audit for ISO 9000.
