On Site Project Manager:
• Serve as the Development Manager’s on-site representative in the construction process of a 5 story, 178,000 square foot $75 Million dollar hospital expansion by providing project oversight as well as high-quality customer service
• Serve as the primary jobsite contact for the Development Manager, communicates with and assists the Senior Vice President of JLL
• Provide expeditious and accurate solutions to daily job-related issues with the Architect, Contractor and Client
• Develop scope and schedule for the assigned project, coordinated all activities of sub-contractors and consultants with the relocation of technical functions
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s
• Responsible for the inspection through out all phases of the project, by inspection of materials, quality of material and work preformed.
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic files and documentation for the Client and Development Manager
• Managed the review for change proposals, proposal requests, requests for information, supplemental instructions and other contract documentation as required on behalf of the Client’s interests which led to a cost saving on average of 15% per Change Proposal Request roughly 175 CPR’s to date for a total of $1.2 Million
• Managed to leverage a relationship with GE Healthcare for the order of new Diagnostic Imaging Equipment which has lead to a cost saving of $3.4 Million
• Attend local meetings, approval meetings, conferences on behalf of the Client and the Development Manger
• Continuously maintain and develop relationships with local, state and national jurisdictions to ensure expeditious and successful delivery of project goals and objectives
• Serve as an information resource by coordinating Client vendors, participating in construction meetings, resolving disputes, providing ongoing feedback, and coordinating project punch list and close out duties

GE Healthcare, Dallas TX February, 2003 to April, 2007
Project Manager:
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and Project Requirements for commercial construction of new hospitals as well as room remodels throughout East Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas
• Manage a project backlog of $25 Million per quarter, such as, the Jane Philips Diagnostic Imaging Center in Bartlesville, OK, project budget of $10 Million for and South Creek Imaging Center in Tulsa, OK consisting of an $8.2 Million
• Manage weekly site and planning meetings provided detailed progress reports to the Hospital CEO, VP’s, Directors and Clinical Technicians
• Provide technical support with AutoCAD, and Microsoft Projects to the Hospital for the installation of Diagnostic Imaging equipment (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Vascular, Nuc, Mammo, and Ultra-Sound)
• Coordinate the logistics for removal of the old imaging equipment
• Provide the customer/contractor delivery options, for the new equipment with the assistance of the service team prior to the installation
• Coordinate with the service department for the mechanical installation and calibrations of the equipment
• Coordinated the applications training for the hospital staff

Spectrum Management, Carrollton TX May, 2000 to February, 2003
Field Engineering Project Manager:
• Travel to numerous cities to perform installation surveys for Radio Frequency equipment
• Manage and negotiate the select sites such as buildings and or towers on behalf of the local police department
• Organize and create a bid package for tower climbers and other contractors, and then awarded the job after the contracts were signed between the City and Spectrum Management
• Led the installation process of the select sites (average of 20), with an 18 inch folded ground plane antenna and cabling with the assistance of key city officials - Mayor, Chief of Police and Fire as well as Spectrum Management corporate headquarters
• Manage and oversee the installation phase of the project, as well as the tower climbers and other contractors; while providing technical reports and time-line updates to key personal during installation
• Led the installation of selected police vehicles with independent tracking units
• Organize the specialized training for law enforcement officers in the use and maintenance/calibrations of these units
• Coordinate the installation of phone cabling (D-mark, 66 blocks) in the police dispatch or headquarters central telephone switch room from all remote locations to the Area Wide Monitor (AWM)
• Coordinate the installation of the Area Wide Monitor computer with software at supervisor’s station. Installation team completed a full system test, including running live training scenarios for all key personal
• Provide continued system technical support via the phone after completion of the installation

NEC America, Inc., Irving TX December, 1998 to July, 2000
Diagnostic Technician Trainer
• Answer and log calls at national call center for product support department
• Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for the entire line of NEC facsimile equipment to all NEC dealers and end users
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment for dealers at the diagnostic center
• Develop training materials and classroom instruction for servicing of NEC connectible Facsimile equipment
• Travel to dealer locations to provide technical instruction for service maintenance and operations of product line
