Instrumental in the installation of a III phased data / voice project with Lowes Corporation Headquarters. Directly responsible for fabricating, mounting, and installing racks, ladders, patch panels, cable management, computer equipment, and other hardware to complete over 28 communication closets per phase of each project according to proper installation standards

Provided cabling for both under floor and overhead flooring with voice / data Cat 6 cabling, fiber optics, and back bone cables. Assisted in terminating over 2,400 connection per closet and station ends. This gave Lowes more vital communication, and enabled them to increase by over 300 new employees per phase.

Worked on many new stores and distribution centers construction and upgrade projects for Lowes, Target, Kmart, and Harris Teeters. Complete cabling, labeling, terminating and testing of data / voice, fiber, and 25 pair cabling for over 170,000 square feet of floor space. Integrating all computers, front-line cash registers, phones to racks, speaker system, access points for hand held bar code scanners, managers offices,training room, customer service desk, and other locations. Ensuring an overall operational system prior to stores grand opening

Experienced with all types of structured cabling from Cat 3, Cat 5 , and Cat 6, Fiber optics, 25, 50 and multi-pair cable, coaxial cabling for both inside and outside plant installs. Pulling and terminating cables for but not limited too customers like CMS hospitals, Time Warner, Microsoft, and various environments like schools, government, hospitals and industrial complexes

Led and directed activities as a team leader to repair, install, align, remove, overhaul, test, and maintain radio, radar systems (air traffic control and warning, auto track) navigational, meteorological, base intrusion security systems, wide and local area networks, and other communication systems

Test and isolate faults in cabling using Fluke. Wavetec, Mod-Tap, Fiber light meter, and cable toner

Use technical data, project packages and drawings, interconnecting diagrams and schematics; used diagnostic equipment to isolated faults in malfunctioning equipment and install according to plans

Conduct site survey and recommend engineering changes to the cabling infrastructure

Perform preventive maintenance on radio, telephone, computer, and other equipment. Knowledge and experience in the following: Data- Modems, multiplexers, routers, ethernet, and various network equipment

Complete build of communication closets installing racks, cabinets, ladder, cable tray, patch panels, hardware and associated equipment to installation standards

Maintain communication equipment inspections and maintenance record

Provide continuous maintenance interaction and resolution between customer and staff

Utilize specialized tools such; but not limited too punch tool, RJ-45 crimp tool, Unicam and Lite
crimp fiber tool, BNC compression and other career related tools

Terminated cables on MDF, IDF, 110 Blocks, 66 Blocks, patch panel, and various type of jacks

Operate high lift equipment such as a boom lift or scissor lift with proper safety harness equipment

Fit 1 fire stop certified and Hilti gun qualified for shooting up grid wire

Build and install over head ladder rack system to under floor system tray for communication cabling

Ty-wrap, Velcro, or lace cabling while dressing and forming cables in communication closet

Bend non-rigid conduit and hang with proper hardware

Inventory installation materials and equipment with packing slip provided by transportation

Additional Information:
I'am willing to take a full time permanent postion and travel from Charlotte NC, or take a full time temporary long term project. Can travel to other states east coast and southern states preferred
