The years have allowed me to become highly skilled in several trades and has included; but, is not limited to blue-print take off; running crews of various sizes; scheduling subcontractor(s); pricing and procurement of materials for projects; generating RFI’s; obtaining pricing for PCO’s with signature follow-up; obtaining submittal(s) and prevailing wage management. I am also comfortable with most computer applications.
