Objective:
I am interested in a Construction Manager/Owners Representative position. I have been in the building industry for 20+ years. I was the project manager for four multi-family projects, three from ground to completion, one major renovation. I have been the development manager (Owners Representative) for the current project at Noble Investment with responsibility of: all infrastructure including, roads, utilities, landscaping, water park, golf course, and many building structures.
My philosophy is: create a high-quality product, while controlling change orders. This can be done successfully with meticulous planning and communications, creation of detailed plans, and specifications upfront.
I possess the skills imperative to create a team empowerment and promote positive mental attitudes, which leads to positive results in the workplace.
