Experience:
Assistant Operations Manager, 2008 to Present

Act as one of the Deputy Project Managerís principle operations and training staff member. Direct the daily performance of the organization through planning, scheduling and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. Responsible for the management of all O&M functions and other assigned functions on the NEC to ensure
overall contract performance. Oversee the planning and scheduling of required work activities and on site construction projects at the New Embassy Compound, Baghdad, Iraq. The facility is the largest US Embassy to date with 27 buildings which includes a Water & Waste Water Treatment plant, and Power Generation and Distribution center. Managed the work control center and associated activities. Acts as the projectís point of contact for coordinating with customers to support contingent and dynamically changing mission requirements. Managed ongoing operations at established Contingency Operating Locations (COLs). Ensured engineering and other professional services were provided as needed by Embassy customers. Position is remote OCONUS and unaccompanied Oversees activity directly related to providing required services at COLs. Directed and coordinated activities of the work control and customer services personnel. Prepared project specific plans and long range work schedules. Assumed Operations Managerís duties during his\her absence and other off-duty periods. Monitored operational performance data to ensure PAE met or exceeded performance objectives. Determined staffing requirements, and overseen interviewing, hiring and training of employees in the Operations Center and COL sites. Other responsibilities as assigned. Position required a TS clearance.



General Contractor/Project Manager, 2006 Ė 2008

Essential Duties and Responsibilities consisted of performing various duties during pre-construction phase, including:

- Reviewed bidding documents for conflicts
- Established logistic plan and cost associated with same
- Developed initial project schedules
- Established a responsibility matrix in conjunction with the project team
- Establish project staffing requirements in conjunction with the executive staff and
hires necessary personnel
- Developed comprehensive knowledge of contractual obligations
- Worked with pre-construction department to develop a final project budget
- Established requirements and obtained all necessary licenses and permits
- Managed general contractor estimating and budgets in accordance with the
development schedule
- Assumed primary responsibility for overall project quality control in keeping with
Placeís established guidelines
- Managed the change order and claims processes
- Interfaced with the superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managed the preparation of all close-out documents and requirements



Operations Training Officer and Readiness Coordinator, 2004 - 2006

Coordinated all operations and training for a 3500 member regiment that included four construction battalions. Training consisted of readiness training in preparations for construction projects as well as contingency deployment operations.




Technical Security Project Manager, 2001 - 2004

Provided Department of State with specialized project management skills in construction, security/surveillance, maintenance, and the installation/repair and implementation of technical and physical security systems essential to (DOS) Diplomatic Security (DS) Counter-Intelligence, Counter-Measures worldwide. Extensive construction management experience in consultation, design and installation of CCTV, cameras, intrusion detection, access control, audio, and System programming.
