I am currently employed as a Product Support Representative for Ransome Cat and manage a territory in Eastern Pennsylvania where my daily duties include visiting and working with established customers to ensure their satisfaction Ransome, our products and our services. I help customers with maintenance problems and setting up proactive service programs. I work with undercarriage management and prefailure component replacement and fluid sample analysis. I quote needed repairs and give options to customers to build confidence in the product and dealership capabilities. I act as liaison between customers, the dealership-Ransome, & the manufacturer - Caterpillar.
