• Supervised all layout, framing, MEP
coordination and installation, fire caulk, pre-
inspection walk throughs and city inspections.
• Ordered, scheduled and inventoried all finishes
from sheetrock through appliances.
• Responsible for shortening completion
deadlines by 50% on rough & finish product
installation.

SEAWOOD BUILDERS - Aventura, FL

Aventura Marina: $90 million project consisting of
a 19 story – 126 unit and a

SUFFOLK CONSTRUCTION CO. - Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Waverly Las Olas: $60 million project consisting of
a 15 story - 309 unit luxury rental property.
• Supervision, scheduling, coordinating of all
subcontractor trades.
• Led team of Superintendents to complete job
on time and on budget.
• Implemented owner upgrades on 5 floors of
previously completed units, reducing project
timeframe by 30%.

Superintendent (Skins), Lead Superintendent

Acqualina Condominium & Resort: $105 million
project consisting of 51 story oceanfront
condo./hotel – 212 units

• Supervision, scheduling, coordinating of all
subcontractors dealing with building skins.
• Established remedial team to repair window
openings not compliant with shop drawing
tolerances to expedite window and sliding door
installation, increasing production by 50%.
• Installed, caulked and inspected all window and
sliding doors within scheduled time frame, allowing
stucco to proceed without delays.

Diplomat Country Club & Resort: $800 million
project consisting of 39 story ocean front hotel –
1000 rooms, 4 story country club resort – 60
rooms, 8 story banquet facility.
• Superintendent for Interior, Public Spaces and
Ballroom. Upon completion, completed all owner
requested renovations after facility received TCO.
• Superintendent for the interior Guest Rooms
for the 1,000 room Diplomat Hotel and Ballrooms
at East Banquet Hall.
• Coordinated, supervised all mechanical,
structural, concrete cutting, carbon fiber work
associated with the retro-fit of smoke evacuation
system in hotel & banquet hall at a cost reduction
of 25%.
• The main focus was on supervising,
coordinating the mechanical, structural and
architectural trades to deliver a quality product.
