Inspect, enter, wrap stack and load finished mail to be shipped, as per Postal regulations, being sure that it is complete and correct. Bundle and bag necessary mail for special shipment, receive, record and rack shipments of components and supplies. Band and wrap product to be shipped out. Pull orders for both requests, internal and external production, keeping track of these pulls and receipts in the Print stream system. Do periodic warehouse inventory. Enter, and print out bills of lading for outgoing shipments.


2001-2004 Insert operator, Intelimail Lenexa, KS
Set up, run Bell and Howell insert machine (1000 and 2000) and check quality of product to be inserted, do adjustments and minor maintenance as needed, Train new mail sort operators, do quality checks, second shift back up lead as needed, material handler duties, and any other tasks asked of me.
